Soup Camp

 Every other month we get together with a crew of 10 English Language Learners* to share culture, practice speaking and make a GIANT pot of soup

Our first Soup Camp is on Thursday, Feb 26 @ Bishop Harrison Center, 1342 Lancaster Ave.

Our first soup hails from Iran: Ash-e Anar (pomegranate, dal, oodles of fresh herbs!)

Soup is presale only** and will be ready for pickup from 6 - 8 pm.  When you pickup, dip downstairs to meet the chef and enjoy a cool cooking demo. (Bring a little $ if you’d like some freshly baked cookies from a brilliant student / baker from Syria.)

When you buy a soup, you give a soup.

*Everyone attends English class 5 days a week. They're also enrolled in a kitchen skills and management class. If you operate a kitchen (restaurant, bakery, hospital, school, etc) and need smart, reliable staff drop us an email!
